Prices:   Prices are F.O.B Miami, Florida and are exclusive of any shipping. Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Terms:  Net 30 Days.

Minimum order: There is no minimum order and no handling fee applied to orders.

Open Orders: Orders placed are for immediate shipments. Order older than 30 days will be cancelled.

Freight:  Freight charges are prepaid and added.  Please refer to the respective regional Freight Programs for further details. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours of purchase order receipt. Changes in order will delay the shipping an additional 24 hours. Rush orders (Next day, 2nd day, 3 day) must be received by 11 am EST to be processed the same day.

Damage or Loss: Madeli’s responsibility ends at the time the merchandise is handed to the carrier in its original condition. Damaged and lost merchandise should be noted on the shipping documents and a claim made immediately to the carrier.

Claims and Returns: Inspection of goods received is the customer’s responsibility.  All claims must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods.  Return of goods must be approved by Madeli’s Customer Service dept. A 25% restocking charge may be applicable. All requests for return of merchandise after 90 days from date of Invoice are subject to a 50% restocking charge. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 6 months from date of Invoice. A copy of the original invoice or a copy of the issued RGA must accompany the returned goods. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, otherwise there will be a $25 repackaging fee. All returns must be made freight prepaid by sender. Product damaged during the return due to lack of proper packaging will not be credited.

Limited Warranty:  Madeli-USA LLC guarantees all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. X-Stone™ solid surface comes with a 10-year residential warranty against defects from the original date of purchase. These warranties extend to the original purchaser. If a product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Madeli USA LLC will repair or replace it at its sole discretion. Madeli USA LLC will not be liable for labor charges or freight cost incurred in connection with replacement of a product or for any other consequential damages.

Exclusion from Warranty:

  1. Damage resulting from abuse, improper use, negligence or accident during or after the installation of a Madeli product.
  2. Defects resulting from any modification or improper installation.
  3. Slight color and size variations of Glass Vessels.
  4. Irregularities of Hand Crafted Stone: Due to the natural variance inherent in the marble/natural granite and the process of carving by hand from a single block of natural stone, you can expect small difference in color and size, as well as irregularity such as areas of enhanced coloration, minor pitting, and veining which add to the individual character of each basin.

Care and Maintenance:  Always wipe furniture dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Spills on granite & marble countertops should be wiped clean immediately to avoid staining. Wood continues to breathe as it ages. Dry air affects all woods. Try to keep rooms at an even temperature with good humidity. All woods & stains change in color when exposed to excessive light. Excessive exposure to sunlight may create significant changes in color.

LIFETIME LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY

 

Madeli USA LLC warrants the structural integrity of the assembly of the mirror/cleat frame/acrylic diffuser to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. The mirror itself and the electronic components are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of six years from the date of purchase.

Illuminated mirrors used in commercial applications are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of installation.

Damage caused in transit, by accident, misuse, abuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper care and cleaning or by unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty. Labor charges, freight, installation or other incidental or consequential costs are not covered by this warranty. Some states or provinces do not allow such exclusion or limitation, and therefore these exclusions or limitations may not be applicable. Madeli shall have no further obligation expressed or implied of any kind after the warranty period, including the implied warranty of merchantability. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

To file a warranty claim, email to service@madeli.com or contact Customer Care at (800) 819 6988 Ext 1 or your dealer. Provide a description of the problem, model number, date of purchase and include the original invoice. Madeli will at its sole discretion repair or replace a defective product. Returns under this warranty must be authorized by Madeli and sent back freight prepaid.

Madeli USA LLC garantit l'intégrité structurelle de l'assemblage du miroir/cale/diffuseur en acrylique d’être exempt de défauts de matériaux ou de fabrication pendant une utilisation résidentielle normale tant que l'acheteur consommateur initial est propriétaire de sa maison. Le miroir lui-même et les composants électroniques sont garantis être exempts de défauts de matériaux et de fabrication pour une période de six ans à compter de la date d'achat. Madeli, à sa seule discrétion, réparera ou remplacera le produit défectueux.

Les miroirs lumineux en applications commerciales sont garantis exempts de défauts de matériaux et de fabrication pendant un an à compter de la date d'installation.

Les dommages causés en transit, par accident, mauvaise utilisation, abus, utilisation anormale, installation défectueuse, mauvais entretien et nettoyage ou par des réparations non autorisées ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie. Les frais de main d'oeuvre, de transport, d'installation ou autres frais accessoires ou consécutifs ne sont pas couverts par cette garantie. Certaines provinces n'autorisent pas une telle exclusion ou limitation et, par conséquent, ces exclusions ou limitations peuvent ne pas s'appliquer. Madeli n'aura aucune obligation expresse ou implicite d'aucune sorte après la période de garantie, y compris la garantie implicite de qualité marchande. Cette garantie vous confère des droits légaux spécifiques. Vous pouvez également avoir d'autres droits qui peuvent varier d'une province à l'autre.
